I just got my medicals done today and I wrote Boston down instead of Buffalo. Any ideas on what to do? I'm calling tomorrow to see what can be done, but yeah, I don't know what to say or do.

Hi Demonardae,
I'm no expert, but I'd call the medical office where you did the medical to let them know right away- they will send the form pretty soon. You should have the other half of that copy IMM1017 which you include in your application yourself (to send to buffalo). Goodluck
