Medicals while pregnant

Hello,

My situation is
1) Applied CEC in Buffalo and received medical request
2) I have done medicals for me (includes blood + urine +general + xray)
3) My wife has done medicals except xray (blood + urine + general)
4) She is pregnant (5 months)
5) She will fly back to India and will deliver our baby there (I will remain here)
6) She will complete the xray test after delivery


Questions
1) Should I inform CIC about this situation and advise that the medicals for wife should be expected early next year?
2) Is it possible for me to get my PR first without my wife? (I have completed my medicals)
3) Will it be possible for my kid to be included in my application once born?

1. Yes, and then when the child is born s/he will have to be added to the application, you will have to amend your application, submit a copy of the birth certificate, copy of the passport, and the fee of $150
