Medicals received....what next?

I just checked on my e-case, it says we have received your medicals.....what will happen after that? I was under impression after medicals request, e-case usually gets updated as decision made?
People who have been through this process, can you please notify if that's the way it gets updated nd what will happen after? I am just bit concened...

i'm not up to that stage yet. but i have read on this forum that that's the way its updated so dont worry. next should be passport request, if all goes right.

Congrats ;D ;D ;D You should receive your PPR in a couple of days, max 3-4 days. E-cas status is updated to "Decision made" once the PR Visa is stamped on your passport.
