I've got an ITA back in Jan on the first draw, and went and did my Medicals a week after.
2 weeks later while collection the documents I got a letter that there was a mistake and I needed ECA to get an ITA.. So they canceled my ITA.

After Wes finally finished my ECA in sep, I made another profile and got an ITA right away..
My question is.. Is Medicals good for 1 year, or 6 months?

Do I need to retake my Medicals?!?

You need to take medicals again as ur medicals should be valid at the time of landing (its valid for 1 year)

I am already in Canada working for almost 4 years now...

Dear SeanDame,
At the time of submission of documents your medicals should have a validity left for 6 months (at least).

A medical report is generally valid for a year.

Hope this helps!
