My husband received a call from the doctors asking him to get sputum test done. Has anyone here got it done? I have some questions pls

Possibly confirming TB inactive status, i have heard that sputum test is often asked mostly if there was previous healed or inactive TB

there may have been some concern basis the chest x-ray, you would have received the report from your clinic where the test was done. it will be mentioned therein.
