Medicals (IME number)

Hello Everyone,

Can someone help me with the bullet point number two from below? I have completed the upfront medicals, however, the bullet point tells me to include the IME number in e-APR. I do not understand this, as I did not find any section in the application where it asks to update the number.

Medical examination confirmation
Purpose
To assess the health of the applicant and their family members
Document requirements

• The medical examination confirmation is required up front and must be valid at the time of application.
• The applicant must include the immigration medical examination (IME) number in their e-APR.
• The applicant must provide a copy of either the information printout sheet or the Upfront Medical Report form [IMM 1017B, whichever the panel physician provides upon completion of the medical examination.
• Exceptions are made only in rare circumstances that are outside of the client’s control (e.g., cancellation of the appointment by the panel physician at the last minute without time to reschedule).

I tried scheduling an appointment for a medical exam in Delhi, and they told me that I need the Medical Report form (IMM 1017E) when I come for the appointment. They also said that they are currently not accepting upfront medical exam.

Did any of you face something similar? I received the ITA on 6th August. How can I get the Medical Report form (IMM 1017E). I don't see it anywhere in my profile.

I just went the medical centre with invitation letter and passport. They gave me the form that we need to upload in the medicals upload field.

I did my upfront Medical Test in Delhi yesterday from Max Healthcare with no issues at all. Just gave them the original passport and photo copy of first and past page of passport. All went well! In the end, they give you two sheets of paper which we will need to attach when we get the invite and submit the application.
