The hospital here confirmed that our E-medical report will be uploaded to their visa office in London .

am now worried and not sure how will the delhi visa office get to know that am done with my medicals and its now lying in the London office .should I inform them with a letter along with the RPRF and PCC document or just draft a mail them .

I personally don't have experience with this, but I recall one other case in this forum where eMedical report got to the correct VO. The VOs would forward it between each other. Please include a letter along with your RPRF and PCC saying that you completed your medical. At least this way it will get on record. Some doctors would give you the eMedical printout which you can also enclose.

I personally did my medical in the US. My doctor sent the eMedical to Australia. It ultimately got to my VO in Canada, so don't worry.
