Medicals and other supporting documents

hello all,
Please i need some help. So now my husband got an email requesting the medical exams. and they asked for supporting documents to be sent as well, for example proof of enrollment in university ( which I dont have yet as the deadlines is not until june 2017), and they also requested proof that he is looking for job. But how would he be looking for a job when we are not even there yet? I dont know what to do? what should I send in this case?

it doesn't make sense that they are asking the applicant to show proof he is looking for a job. are you the sponsor and are you living outside of canada right now? if so, it makes sense why they would be asking YOU for this information, not the applicant. it may be worth copying the letter word for word with the personal information edited out so we can verify that this is what they are asking for.

if you are the sponsor, more than likely they are asking you to provide proof of your intetions of settling in canada immediately after approval and show it is unlikely you will apply for welfare once in canada. you does not need to show things set in stone. they want to see proof you are making plans. meaning, you can write a letter outlining your plans for settlement. information about what industries you both with be looking for jobs in, research done on areas to live in and what type of housing you'll be looking for, etc. if the school doesn't send out enrollment letters yet, you can show proof of your application and any correspondence you have from that school. if you have family in canada, letters of support are helpful too.

the employment info doesn't look to be specific to the applicant, so i would recommend writing a letter suggesting a clear plan for resettlement. like i said above print out research you've done on industries and websites you'll use to apply for jobs, send copies of communication received from the school you'll be going to, proof of your application for a specific program or proof the deadline for acceptance isn't until June 2017. They want to see you have a plan for when you get to canada, not just that you have money to support yourself. where will you be staying when you arrive? will family be around to help you? what settlement agencies will you contact to help with your husband with his settlement? how do you intend to get a job? these are the questions they are basically asking, so you need to show them in your own way how you plan to move to canada once you are approved.

I see your point, and will start contacting employers and apartments for rental for once we get accepted.

in many cities across canada (if not all), there are non profit organizations that help immigrants with their settlement - this can be through jobsearch/placement help - including workshops and mentor programs, housing location help, securing financing help, or even just moral support as the person works to integrate into canadian society. in ottawa, the local organization is called Ottawa Community Immigrant Service Organization, and LASI World skills has offices throughout canada. if he needs to learn english or wants to learn french, Canadian immigration offers free programs for PRs called LINC and CLIC. Ok thanks a lot on this matter. I think I will be writing them a plot of what we intend on doing. He will want to get a job there as soon as we arrive.
We will be looking into this further.

there's really no answer for this. it is visa office specific. you are better off asking this question in the thread for your visa office.
