For out land application, you can do medical in Canada.
Tell the DMP yours is out land application. Ensure the DMP send the report to the respective visa office.
Check the requirements on your regional guide/document checklist about out land application.
You may need to take
Opt C to the DMP. Perhaps some DMP may not get it.
The DMP office should give you Copy 2 of the Medical Report:Form IMM 1017 EFC - Medical Report Section A, with photo pasted on it.
