if you passed your medical can they still reject the application or ask for interview

After medical......PA need to pass eligibility assessment, and VO could be asked to attend an interview if the visa officer wants an in person clarification of any doubts about your marriage/relationship.

Check Status in your online account .......you may have........"Interview You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes."

The medical is just that..a medical.

The medical has no bearing on how they assess your relationship. If they do not believe your relationship to be genuine they will absolutely ask for more evidence/additional documentation.
