Hi can anyone tell me whether medical is required for my 15 months old baby.

As per this link: "No lab tests are required for clients less than 5 years of age"

Does the hospital directly sends the medical reports to cic or they handed over to us.

It they're using the E-Medical system...you get back a receipt/report stating that you've done the medical which you have to upload as part of your application. Outside of that they'd do everything else.
