[NEVER-GIVE-UP]

If you had a heart attack and a stroke last year and have no problems now but need a medical to enter Canada will you be able to ?
Does anyone know how this works? Am i nervous for no reason?

You've failed to mention that you also have a 10 year overstay in Canada and that you racked up medical bills in Canada when you became ill which are still unpaid. This will also factor into whether you are allowed into Canada (specifically the 10 year overstay).
