Medical, what's the actual deadline?

Hi i have sent my all documents to CHC,London 6 months ago. If I receive medical request how many days CHC will give me to submit the medical report? I am asking because I want to go to India for holiday.

it COULD BE 45 OR 60 OR EVEN 90 DAYS.
