My past medical is about to expire on 12th July 2021. To avoid the risk, I did re-medical on 18th May and got a response from IRCC on 27th May that they received my new medical and submitted it to the responsible officer. Since then I haven't got any update from ircc regarding the updation of my medical. My flight is on 24th July, will my new medical get updated instantly after the expiration of old medical on 12th July. I hope my gc key status don't change to invalid.
