Medical update delay

Hi, I have done my medical (eMedical) on first week of April this year, and no update yet on ECAS. I contacted CIC through e-mail at the beginning of June and they were not able to tell me any thing. Later I contacted my clinic and they confirmed they have sent my file, but after contacting with CIC representative they informed me there is a "software glitch" for which CIC is not being able to view my report and they are working on it. I was told by the clinic that there are other incidents like that. Going over the forum I could not find any such thing. Does any one have any similar experience or is my clinic is bsing? :-S
What's the maximum time some one had to wait between medical done and ECAS update? So far mine is exactly 3 months.

I heard a similar case happened with my colleague, He n his family completed eMedicals somewhere in april all together. after 3 months he emailed CIC and they said that they received medicals for his wife n daughter but never received his Medical report. He is still investigating where the error happened..
