Medical test requirements

Pls I will like to know the medical test requirements on permanent resident and also want to know if there is drug test like marijuana test and also will like to know if tested positive could that lead to visa refusal and Concerning chest xray I wish to know if the test is all about smoking test and if lungs is tested positive in smoking could that refuse the visa also?

They do not test for marijuana. The x-ray is to check for TB.
