Medical Test has done PRF 490 PAID in UK but i will moVE permanently TO PAKISTAN

My medical test has been done in UK and i already submited the PRF $ 490 to canada High commission. Unfortunately after 2 weeks time i have to move to Pakistan permanently. Can some advice what i have to do now??? what will happen to my application.
