You cannot use your own doctors and prior test results. You must use a doctor in your country of origin (which is not necessarily the country you current live in). There isn't much information available on what tests they actually perform. What is clear is that the physician can refer you for additional tests. What most applicants medicals results suggest is that unless the issue requires excessive demand on healthcare system, the results will be "passed". I personally do not think lipid profiles should cause a rejection but do not take my word for it, give this page (and any hyperlinks) a good read and you should get the answer
