I visited Max mohali Chandigarh on 30th and can summarize my experience as below.
our appointment was for 11:30 .. we reached around 11:00..
If you go by your vehicle, there is a bit of headache to find parking.. it seems to be congested.
once you get parking .. you need to pay 20 rs as parking fees.
go in .. go to radiology department .. inside that you will have one section called immigration..
Your name will be on the list which the lady at reception will have..
she will call the names one by one.. and first thing you need to do is .. pay the fees. 6810 rs per person
After paying the fees go to the section where they will enter your details in the system again.
After entering details you will sent to a room to get your dress..
you need to change to some weird robe kind of dress .. then come back to the same section again where you got the clothes..
First room in this section will measure your weight, height and check eye-sight
then your BP will be checked. Everything will be mentioned on the tracker sheet and they will hand over the tracker sheet to you.
After this move to the next room, you blood sample will be taken
next provide Urine sample to them.
At this point you would have spent half an hour in the hospital and you will be happy that things are moving so fast.. you hope to finish everything in 20-30 mins more..
But sad thing is there will be a long queue for Xrays.
You will be waiting there for Xrays for around 1-2 hours.
Your name will be called and get your xrays done..
Then move to Physical examination section .. i.e. to the doctor .. he will ask any medical history and do physical examination with stethoscope.
Thats it ...done.. submit the complete check list to the main reception and they will ask you to change back to your clothes mean while they will prepare the final letter for you..
Take your letter and go home ..
Its good you got done at Max Mohali, though they little bit more money for medicals then others, its worth it.
I was in a rush for my file, couldn't get appointment from anywhere, so went to Dr. Shobha Kansal for medicals.
I had the worst experience, the staff was highly unprofessional, but somehow I got my medicals done in the end.
Then I took the letter to my consultant, to make sure that everything was in order. I was on the deadlines of my file so couldn't check docs properly.
My consultant uploaded the letter.
And the other day after submitting my file I checked that in my e-medical, under client visa details section it was mentioned " student".
The consultant whom i am only paying for this very purpose to check my documents to be in legal order, did not see it.
The doctor also did a blunder, and when i went there though the Dr. was nice and polite the staff despite their mistake was still very rude.
I had to send a CSE, e-mail from the Dr. to CIC and e-medical for correction.
Their staff is not trained, they are just 10 or 12 pass girls who don't know the first thing about professionalism.
So to everyone i will advise never go for this clinic, its the worst.
And always check your e-medical details immediately, I remember checking my document but with a quick check we always miss something, so check your documents 3-4 times before leaving.
We are paying these consultants for nothing, we ourselves and other people at this forum are far more reliable, helping and expert in EE guidance.
