Medical surveillance please help

Hi there
I applied for express entry and i am living in Vancouver right now. I applied for express entry from canada.
During my file process i got email from IRCC that my medical reports have some problem and they put on the surveillance. IRCC said that public health will contact me .
My Question is that is this thing gonna effect on my file process. Does my file process is going to wait for the clearance from medical staff or IRCC will give decision with clearance and i can clear this later on by following public health.
My second question is :- how long public heath takes to respond or conatct me because I didn’t receive any call from them yet
