Medical sent April 2013 and before that but still waiting DM

Dear friends
I am 2010 April candidate under FSW. My application was kept in process in 21th march 2012.medical was requested at ist week of march and at 31th
march i sent medical,pp and other documents.Around one month later of medical sent one line was added 'your medical results have been received'.
Many friends who sent medical in june ,july,and august also got DM. Are there any friend who sent medical march,april and before that?When will we
get DM? Friends who have ideas plz share.
