Medical result missing

Hi! I am new here. I just want an advice regarding the situation of our application for Immigrants in Canada. Here it goes;

We made our medical last Aug. 01,2012 then the results was send by our Dr. on Aug. 07,2012. But last January 12, 2013 our Agent called us that the Canadian High Commission sent them an email asking for the medical result of my Common Law partner (the Principal Applicant). So we called our Dr. to confirm if they really send the medical results, I even called the ARAMEX to ask for delivery proof that it was really receive by London VO. Our agent sent an email to them with the proof of delivery, Tracking receipt and our payment receipt from the dr. where we had our medicals. We are still waiting for their reply on what we will do next. Is anyone here has the same problem us ours. Can you pls give us advice on what to do. it really bothers us. We are hoping for our PPR soon because we our planning to land on May 2013 in Canada if God's permit since our medical will expire on Aug. 2013.

You are not alone brother.

I have completed my original medicals in July 2012 and re-medicals in Oct 2012.
It was also confirmed by DMP that it has been sent to CHC, New Delhi already in July and Oct 2012.
The reports are expiring in July 2013.

Visa Office claims that they have not received the reports.

I have obtained the confirmation letter from DMP and emailed them the soft copy and sent the hard copy by post as well.

Meanwhile, I had received another fresh medical request from the Visa Office on 8th November 2012.
I had informed them via email and by post about the situation.
They sent me the response by email that the query has been forwarded to medical division for further investigation.
Till now, Not sure of the status.

I am still waiting for Canadian High Commission to respond to my communications regarding the missing reports.

I am certain this will not taste good to palate. Just speaking my mind loud, would it make sense to get done with medicals again and send the results to VO? I am hoping it could expedite, where it is a case of missing medical results. While VO's conduct enquiries where the results are lost, you are losing valuable time.

The same happend with me VO email and asking for the medical dates done and after i forward proofs VO replied the only Principal Applicant's medical is missing and VO said dont worry it will b sort out shortly but now its around 3 months no reply from VO so far...anyone can advice...

hi gopalra.

You mean your done with your second medical already and until now there is no progress? Where is your VO located?

In my case I am hoping to get a reply via email to know what's next that we need to do.

oh! it's 3 months now with no progress? I read some of the post here that they was advice to take medical again. If it will happen to us we will do that...but still we don't know what to do next coz CHC is not replying to our email. I hope if will not take any longer because time is important.

dear friends my med results received at paris in 4th of december2012
i sent an e_mail asking about my case situation
thay answerd:
the med reports for one of the dependents is missing, no need to investigate more since we have received your shipment but because we have huge backloge in paris it takes more time for family members

is there anyone with same situation?my friends with same situation got their med report within a month but after 2months still no change for me

Last year in 2012 i did my medicals, and it was showing your 'medical results have been received' till jan 2013, from this 1st Feb 2013 it is missing that only one line 'medical results have been received' in my ecas, so please let me know what does it mean ? and what will be the next...

Hello all!!!

My case is clearer now. The CHC is asking for the 2nd medical results (Medical Furtherance). When they sent us email asking for the medical results of my common law partner, we thought they are referring to the first medical that we had but they told us that they sent us Medical Furtherance form last August 30,2012, 3 weeks after they receive our first Medical results, but unfortunately we did not receive any. Now they sent us email again that they will send us new form for Medical Furtherance. As of now we are still waiting for the forms because we don't know if they will send it thru email or mail. I don't know if we are in the same situation but just try to follow it up by sending them email. Maybe we are on the same boat. thanks!

please note that my first medical has expired.. they requested me to redo the medical 4 months ago with no stated time permitted to redo this medical ..
all replies would be highly appreciated

you need to wait for instructions before doing another move. better send them email for inquiry. Do you have tracking number of the documents (medical result) sent to your VO? you can check it online.

In my humble opinion you need to have instructions from your VO before proceeding to medicals. Now MR forms come with bar codes, and if you do it of your own...there are chances you may not be entertained by the DMP because of not having any instructions from VO to show him OR even if you succeed in getting the meds done somehow.....your meds may not be accepted by the VO because the meds you do will not be having the bar codes. So in either case you will be a looser. Just send an email to your VO ( if you have his / her email I'd) and explain the situation. You will definitely get the reply. You can also call your visa officer, if you know his / her name and explain. I will advise you first go for an email.best of luck.
