Medical Request

Good day folks..I need expert advice please. I receive medical request last week. The problem is, my husband is about to be back in Saudi as OFW in one weel or two..while me here in the Philippines. Do you have any idea what to do better? What would be the time frame from medical request to Passport request. Another problem will arise since passport of my husband will be kept by the employer as soon he arrived in Saudi Arabia..Any comment please which best option to do? Thanx...
