dear forum members, need your valuable advice i received an email yesterday which is written below
Dear Mr. Ajay Singh Negi-
On June 4, 2013 we sent you a request letter for the medical exams and documents as listed below. These are required to assess your admissibility to Canada:
-medical examinations for you and your family members
-RPRF
-Proof of funds
-updated Police Certificates
-updated passport-sized photos
-updated Schedule 1 and travel history
-Passports
To date these items have not been received, nor have we received any request for an extension of time.
The Immigration and Refugee Protection Act states in section 16(1) of the Act that "A person who makes an application must answer truthfully all question put to them.. and must produce a visa and all relevant evdience and documents that the officer reasonably requires."
You have 30 days from the date of this letter to provide the above documents and proof of completed medical exams. If we do not hear from you before then or receive these documents, a a decision will be taken on your application, based on the documents currently on file.
