medical request under remarks or permit

can someone help me? i got my permit but written under remarks is must undergo immigration medical, should i still do it?

and i am eligible for the temporary public notice for medical exemptions but failed to include my previous medical? should i just send them my medical?

Some countries are exempt from medical so it’s depends if you are living in medical exemptions countries then medical not required.
