Dear Fellows,

I need to expertise, I recently go medical request after three year of waiting. But, my wife is 2 months pregnant and I am worried about the X-Ray issue.

Since my wife is in her first trimester, it will take us another year to put everything in place (Delivery, Birth Cert, Passport).

I was wondering, is there any way that I can get the visa and go for landing process and when my wife gets ready for x-ray she goes for her landing procedure.

Please advice

you have to wait for 1 year. As these things can wait, your kid safety should be important as compared to anything else. There is no other way unless you want to risk and go for an x-ray and get delivery for your kid in Canada. But they will not cover any medical charges related to delivery (as medical insurance in Canada kicks on after 3 months depending on state which you are landing and staying). I completely understand your frustration,as I was in the same situation last year, my whole process got delayed for more then 1.5 years. I am still waiting for Passport request

Thanks,
Amit
