2. As currently she is unable to go for medical exam, In that case what i will do ? Is it affect my application processing time?
3. Do i need to provide my child info after delivery to CIC?

Is she included in the application as the dependent with you?

Ok so the case is very similar to my case. My husband is the main applicant and I am the dependent in the application. We were asked to do our medicals because when they ask for a medical, they ask for both the husband and the wife. I called CIC and told them that I am pregnant so what are my options. He said you will do the medical like your husband but your xray will be done when you deliver the baby and the processing of your application will go on hold until then. So we both did our medicals and I did my xray also. Now on ECAs it shows medical received. If your wife doesn't do the xray now which mostly people do, then your application will have to wait until her results go in.
And for your last question, yes I believe that you have to inform them of the change in your family once the baby is born.
I hope this helps.

If she is in the application with you then you don't have to tell CIC that's she accompanying you because when you filed for both of you, they will send out a medical for both of you also.

YES , you can but being pregnant she can't do XRays with obvious reasons . Meanwhile other Test she can still do where below document
I guess need to be submitted which states that Medicals for her will be in pending state and Once its safe she can do it.

Yes until the whole medical is not done of you wife , CIC will obviously wait for results to move further so will effect the processing time

3. Do i need to provide my child info after delivery to CIC?
Yes you need to provide and would also have to get him/her added in the application by giving application fees . Note RPRF for child is exempt.

Please Help!!
Thanks
