Medical request - Medical forms about spouse

Hi

Finally, I got my medical request yesterday. I applied on 25th AUG 11 and they have started procession on 5th of oct-11.

one question, The medical forms which I get in email, having only one form for me that is section A on which they have put the photo of primary applicant. How about spouse form ? i don;t have any form from CIC where spouse photo on it.

So cic sends only forms for primary applicant or for my spouse too ?

Hi Didnt they send your spouse's section A? medical exam has to be done all family member. i got mine and my wife's form. i dont know they change instructions.

When did you apply ventu ?

I suspect may be due to recent process change, we intial get the forms of primary applicant..not sure..

I applied for CEC in Sept 2010. My medical was completed on july 28. You should email them immediately because your wife has to get medical form anyway even if it is new process. they may forgot to attach your wife form.

Hi Duke

I received Section A forms for all of my family members (Self, wife, my two kids). Other section form (B C D E) will be with doctor. As suggested by one of the forum friends, I went Kitchener , for medicals (Dr. Garrett & Shadd). Doctor helped us alot and clearly explained which test is for what and what will be the further steps etc. Also, all the services are in the same building. Doctor planned well, so that we all 4 compelted in 3 hrs.
