Medical request IMM1107E address wrong

Hi guys,

I have received the medical request today for my wife for the application I have done under the family sponsor class out side Canada. For the form that I have received under the medical request email IMM1107E has my address the Canada one and my wife is in India right now. I have requested the webform to change that is there anything else I should do please let me know if anyone has faced the same issue before.

One more thing we have also submitted the pre medical when we submitted the file, I have mentioned that in my webform request whether I do need to re-do the medical or not.

Hi, the address on the form IMM1017E shouldn't be an issue. My remedical request came same way.. showing address of Canada which is that of spouse, and it was no issue at all at the time of medical.

Regarding the upfront medicals that you submitted with your application, you would need to have mentioned your health identifier such as UMI, UCI or IME to IRCC and also attached the acknowledgement letter that you received from the hospital after medicals completed, alongwith your visa application.

It may be that the earlier upfront medicals have expired, hence the remedical request? They are valid for one year.

Yes I thought so too, I checked and it will expire in coming October but let see what web form reply says, any idea how long web form reply takes? Thanks again for the reply.

No idea about web form timelines, hopefully they reply on time. October is still five months away, the validity still seems good enough however from what I have noticed here on the forum, IRCC doesn't always acknowledge receipt n may have sent it in default without checking through the whole application. They are known to work like that, unfortunately. Hopefully you hear back soon enough or you would need to make a call before those 30 days are up, but better to be safe than sorry
