medical request? Help please

hello,
Ive applied through vfs Nepal on 3rd july and my file was transferred to Delhi on the 6th. How long does it basically takes for the medical examinatiolpn request and also for the overall visa processing thing.
Please help me.

I applied on 8th july from VFS NEPAl anf file transfered to new delhi office and is being processed, till date no response for medical and no change in visa status
