Medical request for PR- question

Hello,

many thanks in advance.

Please can someone inform me of the procedure for when my husband (principle applicant) completes his medical for his PR application.
He will be doing the medical with a doctor who is on the recommended list from CIC.

-Will the doctor upload all the results after the medical is complete?
-Do we have to upload anything?

Panel physician will take care of getting the results to IRCC.
