Medical request confusion

Hi i sent a medical of mine along with my application which was done on october 2015 .. nd it has passed the 12 year time frame ..but i sent it with my application anyway .. so should i expect the medical request again ..just want to confirm with you all .. is there any chance of accepting that medical that i did on 2015 october . ?

If your medical has expired then expect them to request it from you.
