Please advise. I applied an extension for my mom's visit visa on 30 Sept 2017 then finally received a medical request by email on 28 Dec 2017 to be completed within 30 days. Next day an approval for her to stay until 31 Jan 2018 came via email too. My mom is leaving on 30 Jan 2018. My questions are:
- does she needs to do the medical as she is not staying longer?
- The Approval email says a secure document have been mailed to my address. what if the documents won't reached us before she leaves? what document we can present to immigration?
