Medical request along with landing fees but my daughter not added

I applied in 2006 through London office , after that my file transfer to Damascus and then Warsaw.
Now I received the medical request for me , husband and my two older children along with landing fees and updated documents. But during this period I have another daughter who has now almost 4 years old, I didnt add her to my application since we heard alot of thing about cancellation of old application.
any advise for what I have to do now?

You have to inform your visa asap about your new family composition and send updated forms to add your daughter.
