Application for temporary Work permit visa made on 22nd Feb 2013, for me (primary applicant) and my wife (Dependent).
We received the request for Medical Examination from CIC on 1st May, 2013.
The very next day the Medical Examination was successfully completed for both us, that is on 2nd May, 2013.
On 10th May 2013, CIC informed my wife that “To date, you have failed to comply with our request for: Completion of a medical examination” and they refused her application stating the above reason for refusal.
on the same day, CIC requested for my passport for further processing, already sent to New Delhi
On 11th May 2013, we personally went to hospital and enquired for any possible lapse in sending our medical reports to CIC. We were given to understand that they have sent our Complete Medical Reports promptly as per their routine on 04-05-2013 through eMedical-enabled system and they confirmed this very much.
I have already sent a detailed letter to CIC, stating that we have complied with there request.
Till Now no replay
As such, we are dismayed as to how we should proceed in the present circumstances to improve the matter and get my wife's visa.
Please help us, should we reapply or wait for the reply from CIC.
