My husband is scedule to do his medical exam next week (upfront). But they ask him to bring hs "medical report". I looked on CIC website and they say they send this form just after the process is started. What should we do? Can I have a copy? Can I do the medical without it?

1. The 1017 is no longer used, just tell the Panel Physician it is for an "up front medical exam"
