Medical Report For Visa

Hi . My name is Arnob . I did my medical on 24th March 2012 . earlier today in the morning at 8:15am I got a call from a Singapore number . I recieved the call but heard nothing from the other side . I want to know whether the medical staff from Singapore calls to the student concerned to verify anything & how many days does it take for the visa to arrive if the medical reports are clear ?
I am tensed about the call thing !
