Trying to sort this out,
We have received the request for medical and police clearance, speaking with cic today they said that we should have received 2 forms for the medical that we must use. However according to the consultant there were no attached forms. Called a few doctors in bkk that are on the panel and they say they can generate the forms. So I'm confused do we proceed without them? I would have called cic singapore but the lazy buggers are closed for some holiday there. Appreciate any insite here our request came in end of last month and we just got a copy of the req so we're rushing to get things done in time.
