I have a question regarding our PR processing. We received an AOR on 5th Apr 2010 and considering that we are hoping to get our Medical date by Oct 2010 or something. I am on H1B visa right now but my husband who is the primary applicant on our application , may need to go back to india on Sep 2010. Out CHC office is in US.

Would it be a problem if the primary applicant moves out of country ??

I dont want to go back to india as then we would have to change our office New Delhi and that would add extra time on out PR processing.

If I stay alone here and get a call for medical and all, would it be a problem if I get my medical done from US and my husband from India ??

Please suggest.

absolutely no problem. u & ur husband can have medical done in two different countries. so, relax.

good luck....

Thanks shibleebd . Also , would it be a problem if the primary applicant moves out of country and we still continue our PR processing with US office ? I want to stay here so that I can get all their mails and we need not to raise a request to change our CHC to New delhi.

i don't think if the primary applicant visits other countries during processing creates any problem.

but i am not sure if u can change ur visa office to ND. it may not be possible upon the applicants' request. it may be possible only if CHCs wanna change it. but i am not 100% sure about it. wait for seniors to reply.

good luck....
