From where u will undergo medical examination ask from them when u can send ur passport to embassy usually if there is wrong in ur report within two days Dr can call u for further tests but if no call within 2 days then proceed immediately to send ur passport along with cover letter to embassy

I'm pretty sure you've gotten an instruction page with your medical call, and it will have all the info you need. It will have mentioned the place where you can take the medical exam and also their contact number where you can get an appointment. After getting done with your medicals, send your passport along with the receipt of the medical exam.

After medical return ur passport asap using same courier also include your file number while sending ur passport back...
