hello everyone, 5 days ago I have done my medical test for my student visa. Yesterday night my doctor called me and told me that he needed another sample of my urine as my older one had protein. He told me not to worry as this might have been due to dehydration, otherwise I might have a kidney disease (hopefully not). I went to give my sample today, with having a LOT of water ofcourse, and now they are analyzing it and by tomorrow they will call me once more. My question is, is "protein in urine" seen as an obstacle by the visa officers? Your replies would really helo, thank you

HELLO AM SORRY but the question is kinda rhetoric cus any negative flaw in you medical results will definitely affect your application.where are you from and how much did you pay for the medical exam

@leonardasobo Hey leonard, thank you for your response. Fortunately, I received another call from my doctor earlier today saying that my second sample of urine was completely fine, and i had protein in the first one due to dehydration. My advice to anyone facing the same problem is request another test, drink a lot of water, and stop eating foods with protein (or no food at all) until the time of giving the sample. Best of luck to everyone
