Medical & Police Certificate

I need to apply for Visitor Visa of my Mother-in-Law. She is Currently in U.S.A on Visit visa and staying with her Daughter.
Please guide me

1- Do she need Medical?
2- Do she need Police certificate?
3- She is not working women, do she need to provide strong tie with home country i.e Pakistan?

1. No, unless she intends to stay longer than 6 months.
2. No.
3. Yes, she has to show ties to her country of citizenship.
