Medical passed after 6 months

SDS complete application lodged on 6 march
Eligibility review started around 1st August
Medical passed on 24th September
Any idea when can I expect final
decision based on this??
 
Medical portion showing: you do not need need medical exam we will send you a message if it changes.

question is It remains same or change to passed ??
done upfront medical before applying SDS (11 July applying date )

if you have passed your medical it should be written as you have passed your medical on this day in medical portion.
