Medical out side the home country

Guys,
we have applied form the middile east but now we have relocated in Europe due to my work,
I have recieved the Medical letter . do we have to fly back and to the medical in Egypt or we can do the medical with any doctor in any country we prefer ?
Please advice.

Medicals can be done with any DMP in Europe , tell the DMP to send the report to your visa office.
