Medical - Old medical submitted and asked to re-do medical exam.

Hi everyone, I'm inland CEC and submitted an old medical I had from 2021 with my application. My medical was passed in February and the tracker shows medical is 'passed'. I received a request today to do a new medical exam. Has anyone experienced the same? My AOR was early Jan

Did you just mention the old IME number when you submitted the file? or did you also provide the physician copy of the examination?

I provided the e-medical sheet the doctor provided me in the past
