Medical not updated in GC Key, July Applicants 2021?

I have had my medical on July 1st 2021, which I confirmed was sent by the hospital by July 6th. Since then there has been no updates in my GC key and instead the dialogue box has changed to “We did not receive the results of your required medical exam. Check your medical exam request message below for details”.
Tried sending web forum yet no preferable response.

You did upfront medical?? when you submitted application? what is status of Biometrics??

Yes, My application was submitted on June 9, medical on July 1st and Biometrics on July 2nd(which was updated the same day).
