Medical not requested, still e-CAS says it is received

After I submitted the updated documents, my e-CAS status changed from "In Process" to "Decision Made". Further details read as follows:

We started processing your application on September 11, 2006.
Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Suprisingly medical was never requested by CIC London, nor I did the medicals myself, then how come it says medical results have been received?????

Does any one else on this forum have the same situation, plesae share your experience; other members please commment; I am so worried, hope to get your inputs. What does it mean Decision Made?????
