I am permanent residence and my parents are on visitor visa, last year, my dad stayed more than 6 months in Canada so I applied visitor extension for him in September, he went back to india in October and suppose to come back in March 2023, his extension get approved and immigration asked for medical, he performed medical in india but there is something wrong with medical and he is being told next medical can be done after 90 days only. My engagement is on 26 march and he has his ticket booked for march 17, his consultant recommended him not to board as they will not let him board due to incomplete medical processing. So my question is, is it worth taking risk?
And he has USA visa as well, another option he can get the USA flight and from where he can get in to Canada for one day from peach arch border white rock , British Columbia as I believe there is no checking there then he can go back to USA after attending my engagement.
Please let me know what I can do?
