Medical is not updated in GCkey

I lodged file on 4th Jan 2022, and Biometric updated on 12th Jan, 2022. Medical status showing that ' we are reviewing the results of your medical exam'. What to do in this situation. This status is same, since one month. I have raised webform also but nothing is updated yet. I am worried whether they have received my medical results or not?

Based on the status 'we are reviewing' they did receive it. When was your medical exam date?

it was on 25th december(upfront medical)

Hopefully the webform will help. Maybe try to call them as well.
Im also stuck with my medicals that were not even submitted yet, they are checking my blood work in the lab for more than a week now, while my spause blood was done in a few days.
