Hello,
I am applying for super visa for my Mum and Dad at the same time and i need help with the following questions please:

1. Do i require the medical insurance for the online application, because i noticed it doesn't form part of the document listed. So at what stage do i present the medical insurance.
2. Do i use one application form (IMM 5257E) for both of them or separate forms.
3. Since I am the one sponsoring them, do i still need them to include their bank statements in the application.

Do check the selections you made. You must get the medical insurance as one of the suggested documents.

You must buy/include the medical insurance with the super visa application. It is a mandatory document.

Separate applications for each parent.

It is advisable to submit evidence of at least some finances for your parents + some ties to their home country (property ownership, dependent family members, pension renewal, etc)

Medical insurance is not mandatory for TRVs. That said, it is a wise idea to buy overseas travel medical insurance for the duration of the intended visit to cover any emergencies when traveling abroad (to any country)

Hello,

Thanks for the response, they have been really helpful, however, i have some more question......

Since i will be applying online, do I use 1 invitation letter for both of them (my dad and my mum) or should i use individual invitation letter for each applicant.

I also read somewhere that it is a NO NO to state in the invitation letter that one of the "purpose of their visit is to help with the kids when we are at to work". How true is this, because i wrote something like that in my invitation letter, in addition to, "It will be an opportunity to spend time with us and meet with their grandkids for the first time". What other compassionate suggestions do you recommend for the invitation letter.

Should 'how long they plan to stay' determine the 'fund available for their stay' in the application form. For instance if they plan to stay for 6 months, how much fund should i put on the application form for their stay.

What do i upload in the supporting document section where they ask 'Purpose of Travel - Other (required)' since i don't have the ticket and the travel itinerary yet. Can i just upload a copy of the invitation letter again.

Finally, what kind of document do I upload in 'Client Information' section of the online application.

Thank you in anticipation of your kind response.
